Suzuki Swift Sport Is My Dream Car
After seeing this car yesterday at the showroom in Cheras, I could not stop thinking it. This car is too beautiful to keep my eye sight away from it. It immediately capture my attention in the first look and I straight away fall in love. Not only look sporty but stylish.

Although it does not have spare tyre at the back, it has tools and equipment to fix punctured tyre. This Swift Sport comes with 2 model which are Auto and Manual.
The Price:
- 1.6 MT - RM 97,593.50
- 1.6 MT Premium - RM 104,663.50
- 1.6 AT - RM 102,723.50
- 1.6 AT Premium - RM 109,793.50
* All the prices shown above are On The Road price.
The difference between normal and premium is the add-in Car Navigation System (Carnavi) which cost RM 6,888.
Currently there are 4 colors available - yellow, red, white, grey.
For me, I will sure opt for the yellow color because this color has the sharpest look. The head lamp and tail light have changed to another style as compare to the 1.5 Swift. Overall, the part that I like most is its SS bodykit.

I think the premium is with the Recaro seats ler… Carnavi thingy is for the Vitara.
[Esmond said:] Oh yeah, you may be right. I am not sure about this as I got this prices from a leaflet given by the sales guy. The price list does not mention anything about recaro seats. I think I need to check this out again with them. Thanks for reminding me !
Esmond, so are you getting one soon? Its a seriously good car with lots of zippy feel in it. Try taking it and zig-zag on the roads, thats where u feel the actual stability of the car. With Michelin tyres, there is almost no slip on tight corners.
Tested the car on both sport and standard versions months ago. Check out my blog for the review.
Also, very good start on your blog. Im already starting to like it! Oh, thanks for visiting my blog too. How you found it? Perhaps an exchange of links soon?
Good luck!
[Esmond said:] Yeah..I am in the middle of planning to get this Swift Sport. But this will not be so soon as I have just bought a 1.5 Swift for my gf.
Great!, I just wanted to email to you to agree for any exchange links. You have a wonderful and interesting blog with full of quality car related information. I love it so much!
Erm..I think I got to know your link through mototrader.com. If I am not mistaken you have posted a link just right below my posting there. That’s how I found you…
If you agree about the exchange links, then I will add it to my blogroll with a name of Andy Mervin George.
Nice to meet ya!
Hey, it’s sound great to own a Suzuki Swift! I would like to have one in future too… but I still wondering what is the different between the normal Suzuki Swift and the Swift Sport if valued it from the prespetive of money? Coz I notice that the lowest price for Swift Sport is arounf RM97k, RM25k more expensive than the normal Swift.. sorry I’m not a car expert so can’t really value it my own…I need some advise.
Btw I need to go up hill to my work place everyday, around 16km per day so is Swift valueable for me?
Hi MinMing, with RM 25K more, you can have an additional 14 horse power, a sports bucket seat but NOT Recaro seats, 16 inch rim tyre as compare to normal Swift 15 inch and Swift Sport bodykit. This Swift Sport is using M16A engine with 1.6 cc which is the tuned type. Please note that the engine is a performance type which is better than normal 1.6 cc engine.
If you need to go up hill everyday for work, I think normal Swift is more than enough coz I tested it to Genting, the performance is good.
Wow wow….then ok I will go for the normal Swift. Thanks for the advise, Esmond!
What a cool blog, I found it by accident but am glad I did
