Currently, I am not a Touch ‘n Go or SmartTag user. I normally pay the toll by cash in the ‘Tunai’ lane. Sometimes I saw the traffic at toll plaza was ridicously crazy. I remembered that I got stucked in the jam for almost 1 hour just to pass by the toll plaza.

The main purpose of this promotion with added insurance scheme is to encourage more motorists to use SmartTags instead of paying by cash for quicker toll passing so that we can together help to reduce the terrible traffic congestion at toll plazas. This shows a good move from the Government in trying to tackle this problem
